Firm Profile

KD3 Design Studio was formed by the coming together of Dale R. Hair with 26 years of experience at Ganflec Architects and Engineers, and of the established firm of Kurt M. Oravecz, Architect.

KD3 has been providing architectural services since it was founded in 2006.

The company name is a play on the initials of the founding principals’ first names and the three-dimensional Art of Architecture.

Our staff’s unique and combined experience of over 100 years in Central PA allows us to originate building design solutions for the unique needs of each client’s project and to artistically integrate not only form and function but also cost-savings from design to project completion, as well as overall building life-cycle cost by employing sustainable design principles.
